Four mobile phone thieves were arrested and eight phones recovered from them on Friday.According to West Zone DCP Joel Davis, the accused turned to snatching phones to fund their addiction to alcohol. The arrested accused are Md Khaja PashaMd Sabeel, Sk Sohail and M Pavan Kumar from Singadikunta in Banjara Hills.
